It started with a courtesy reminder call the day before my scheduled Quarterly A/C and Heating  Service.  Carlos Mejia Morales was the technician that day.  He was right on time.  As a matter of fact I slowed him down by failing to let him know my door bell isn't working..  Carlos was very focused and thorough with his work.  He was very concerned about my wife and my safety from potential Covid (mask, distance, etc.).  Carlos showed tremendous respect toward my wife, me and our home.  Caldeco has always sent very professional technicians to my home.  Carlos is at the top!  Thank you!

We were in a panic when our old AC unit went out on us. I am so glad we chose to call Caldeco. The customer service is top notch. From our first phone call with Lou who is so friendly and helpful I knew we chose the right company. Matt, our sales person was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect new unit in our price range. The installation techs were great. They showed up on time and were courteous, knowledgeable and finished installing our brand new unit within a few hours. And all of this happened in just 3 short days. AMAZING!! I would definitely recommend Caldeco to anyone in need of AC services.

We were totally happy with his thoroughness and expertise. Highly recommend him to anyone needing their HVAC serviced for maintenance.

I hired Caldeco twice in the past year and paid hundreds of dollars for service. I called in January to inquire about the annual maintenance plan and spoke with a woman who said I would be able to lock in the renewal rate as a courtesy since I had already hired the company twice, but she would call me back. After a few days of not hearing back, I called again to follow up and was told the same thing: to expect a call. One month has passed and the service I received back in January has malfunctioned and my A/C is not working once again. I called Caldeco and spoke with Paul who was clueless to the situation and said there is no record of my calls back in January and he refuses to honor the renewal rate. I would like to speak with Paul's manager (the owner of the company) to discuss the disorganization and poor communication of Caldeco's staff.

We received very good service on our semi-annual maintenance. The representative did a very thorough job and spent time answering our questions and giving us helpful hints. We renewed our service contract for another year.
