AC Therapist was at a neighbor's house when I learned of them. Neighbors was super pleased with their work and professionalism so I gave them a call.
Kevin came over same day gave me a quote to replace my whole house duct work. The engineer scheduled the same day to evaluate the duct work and materials needed for the job and had the crew ready the next day to do the work. They came in professionally covered everything and went to work. There detailed was spot on and their work ethic was great. I would definitely refer them for all your AC needs.

The techs showed up within the hour that I called. They were very informative and professionally respectful. The work was done thoroughly and finished within the hour. The price was very reasonable and there were no hidden costs. I would without a doubt use them again and will refer them to anyone in need of an ac guy.

I dealt with Jason and they were super fast (came within 2 hours), super nice, communicated very well, and followed covid protocol at my request. Made sure to shut the gate for dogs when done as asked. The price was extremely fair and reasonable!  I absolutely have added these "Therapists" to my CALL if my AC has any other breakdowns. ;)  HIGHLY RECOMMEND and trust me, when someone is an idiot or gives bad service or charges too much I am the queen of loud Karen type complaints and bad reviews. These people were SUPER!  100% recommend!

Truly thankful and grateful for quality cost saving work. Immediately care to set up new system and duct work for relief of warm weather and soon to be cold weather. Consideration of the need for air flow within each room and the size of unit needed to perform well and efficient. All material on board to complete the job in one day along with the crew that it would take. Feel they may have cut the job short by leaving a some finish work undone like closing up old duck work and vapor barrier. Highly suggest following up on the finish work to clarify completed job well done.
I must admit the expectation of a completed job got in the way of praising how appreciative we were for a family discount. There is still big money being paid and end results are important for closure. Would highly recommend this company for the timely efficient work done. Regret having family involved. Maybe this was the reason for unfinished business.

I want to take my time and explain this review so that others see what type of company we really are. It was a misunderstanding that caused this event, because we would have taken care of the details that were left. My crew performed a 2.5 days worth of work in 1 day in order to have the ac up and running for you the same night, otherwise, your night wouldn't have been as comfortable as it was. The details would have been taken care of at a later time.

Also, I find it very disrespectful that you review is nothing more than 5 stars, because this job was done as a favor to one of our employees, were you only paid materials plus labor. That was a discount of thousands of dollars of our part and I still haven't received so much as a thank you.

It is heartbreaking to help people in need and get nothing but complaints and criticism. Next time, at least have the decency of not even leaving a review.

I want to be balanced about my experience, the good and not very good. First, they showed up to my rental property within an hour of me calling them and fixed my problem. I genuinely appreciate such responsiveness. Here's what I really didn't like...they did the repair without first giving me the estimate, then called to tell me I needed to authorize the repair first. Problem is, they lied. My tenant called me before this to inform the repair was already made. In other words, I owed the money before I even got an estimate. Ultimately, the price seemed very high to me for what they did, but that's their right to charge what they want to charge, but I have a right to refuse to hire them ("free estimate"). The tech was dishonest with me. I can't help but wonder...what if they decided to charge me double? triple? I would have no recourse or decision making ability. That seems like a dishonest way to do business and I'm not even sure that's legal. Consider the good with the bad.

I apologize for the way that this Service call went down, our technician rushed through the process and made a mistake, but I can assure you that we always get approval before doing any work. Even then, you were not forced to approve the estimate, you could have declined, at which point it was going to be our loss. When you called to complain, I told you that and that you didn't have to pay us for the service and you insisted on doing so.

As I explained over the phone, there are some times when by doing the diagnosis we end up fixing the problem and this was one of those instances. Is like going to the doctor, they see that you have a fever and they give you some meds to see what helps and from there give a diagnosis. In your specific situation, the job was going to be done before we would have had the correct diagnosis to present to you.

That is one of the downsides that we encounter with our Free Estimates, we have to fix the problem to diagnose it and then the clients don't want to pay because "it was a simple fix" or "or it is too expensive", but what you don't see is that you could have been without AC for days because of that simple fix that you didn't know, so that $169 that we charged, save your Tenant and her Baby of a hot a sweaty night.

AC Therapist has provided an exceptional service. They are professional and very efficient. Their communication is prompt and informative.

They installed a new AC system and new ducts for me. I highly recommend them.

Superb installation of my new AC system. They were patient with me and with all my concerns and potential issues I kept thinking might occur; I can be sometimes a difficult consumer. However, AC Therapist was very patient with me. I was totally impressed with their installation and service. My AC system was reasonably priced and before I had it installed in my home I researched reviews of the Tempstar unit and was very impressed with the system and how many people and business loved the brand. No second thoughts using AC Therapist. They were amazing! Considering I can be a pain in the butt sometimes! 😉

On time. Did excellent job. Recommended a simple to install covering on my outside AC condenser that prevents leaves piling up in it.  Very fair price of $69.

The AC Therapists gave me a great price on my AC units, and were incredibly responsive to my needs. I also needed some repairs done the night before thanksgiving and they were able to come out the next day, solve our problem, and be done in time for us to host a huge, holiday meal.I would recommend them to anyone that needs any AC or HVAC work done.
