Sunrise Heat & Air was referred to me by Home Depot Pro-Referral. The referrals came in quick - Sunrise was the quickest, more polite and someone quickly came out - which was great. The electrical problems were quickly taken care of, then we got a new heat and air system with duct-work done. Everything was done professionally with CDC protocol. They kept us up-to-date on everything: notification of arrival each day, pictures of before and after the work, discussed all aspects of the job and they cleaned up each day after working. We are very please with Sunrise and their employees. Also, the products, workmanship, professionalism, and friendliness - the price was reasonable. Overall, Great Job!

If your AC is broken on the weekends don't even bother with these people.All they do is come out and collect service fees and say it's broken and then leave. Wow. I just feel like I got scammed professionally, giving me false hope on the phone that it could be fixed in a timely manner for AC .My normal AC people are just going to come to the job in the same time frame. If you're AC is outt thinking they will fix it, stop. Don't waste your money with them. They will say that the warehouse is closed and there's nothing they can do. No wonder they can fit me in They just go around driving collecting service fees all day. 3min jobs

This was a coaching opportunity for our technician that has been addressed. We should have placed a rescue motor in your system until we were able to get the information we needed on Monday. I have refunded the $59 service and dispatch fee to your account and emailed a receipt to you. Our air-conditioning went out on the weekend after calling a few places we got Sunrise heat and air to come out right away . Jesse came out within two hours got our air conditioning working. After getting two other quotes we decided to use sunrise air to replace our unit. They did a great job replacing the air conditioning unit cleaned everything up and was very professional. Would recommend Using Sunrise heat and air. Jesse and his team did a great job.
