  My AC went out one day out of nowhere in the middle of July. As you know it's one of the hottest months in Florida. I have 3 young kids and my dog. Cody came out to access my unit and see if it was something they could repair. He offered honest opinions and gave me affordable suggestions with the reality that the cheaper option would just be a bandaid. I ended up getting a whole new unit. Cody was professional, prompt, and got an entire AC unit installed by his team within 48 hours. Customer service was outstanding and Adirondack is reliable, I am happy I went with this company and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you, Cody and Adirondack!

  Adirondack has been great from the original system upgrade to my yearly maintenance.They are always on-time and call to let you know they are on their way and when they will be there. My service tech Jerry was excellent on-time very professional went through both of my systems took pictures and made notes made some suggestions and told about the benefits of a maintenance plan. Overall I am and have been very pleased with their services. I highly recommend Adirondack Services. Good service and people are hard to find here in Florida so I really appreciate them.

  Staff personable, competent, responsive, and timely. Vicky in office consistently provides excellent service. She remembers customers (and their spouses) as well as their individual needs. Highly responsive to emergent needs and concerns. Very personable. Highly competent and skilled. A delight to work with. Jerry was technician who came out today for general maintenance and was great.
