  I'm extremely disappointed with the service Isaiah provided. He came out to perform annual maintenance on my AC units. Based on his inspection, he told me one of my compressors was bad. Given that my units are 10 years of, he offered to send me a repair and replacement quotes so I could decide which avenue was best to persue. I only received a quote for replacing both units for approximately $20,000. I contacted another company to look at my unit. He told me my refrigerant had leaked out of the corroded filter drier and that is why the unit wouldn't power on. It's a built-in safety measure. He showed me the part and there was a huge hole on the bottom of it. It was NOT a bad compressor! He replaced the filter drier, ran 400 psi through the system and there were no other leaks. Thankfully, I found a more reputable AC technician. I'm not sure what has happened to Paradise Air since it was sold. Perhaps they are paying their technicians a commission for new installs. I pay $300 per year to have annual expectations. I would hope they would provide much better service than I received. I will NEVER use Paradise Air again and I strongly recommend you do not either. It is a very misleading and unethical company.

  I can validate the Staff at Paradise are always keeping us Informed by a twice a year post card reminder AC service maintenance service plan since 2016 that in Florida is essential for a reliable AC .The technicians who are employed by Paradise are always knowledgeable,informative,trustworthy, and professional.   Last night I realized the A/C unit was not producing cool air anymore. I called Paradise first thing this morning and they dispatched someone out right away. The technician was very polite, helpful and patient trying to diagnose the issue. My only disappointment is with the a/c unit itself which now needs a replacement part just nine months after being installed but this could happen with any units I guess! Paradise so far as proven to be a great company to work with.
