  it's December 2021 why do the traffic department line have been busy for hours? i don't understand. there no other way to contact the courts.

  My fiance and I are getting married in our church which happens to be in Suffolk VA. This means we have to have a VA marriage license. Suffolk will only give marriage licenses to Suffolk, Va. residents no one else. We live in NC but are only about 15 mins from the court house where we would have to get the license. Just in case anyone else is having this same issue you can go to Portsmouth and they are more than happy to help.

  Circuit Clerk of Court office is on appointments only. Hopefully you see this because it's not on their website like everywhere government organization. Virginia Beach can see walk-ins and make it through COVID but now you have to make an appointment or do things by mail.
