  Josh did an amazing job replacing our water heater! He was on-time, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did the work that typically took two people to complete, and did it in less time. I will definitely use them again!

  Called on a Friday, spoke to receptionist. She told me someone would call me, no one ever did. Called on Monday again spoke to receptionist again said someone would call me, again no one ever did. I called again and talked to the receptionist, I explained that I couldn't understand why someone had not gotten back with me. To at least give me a time frame of when they may show up. Called again on Tuesday and explained my being upset. Receptionist told me " all I do is answer the phone. They set up their own schedule ". I have never seen a company that did not call a customer and give them a time that they would show up. Very poor business practice. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  I would highly recommend St. Joseph Plumbing & Heating. They called me back quickly and scheduled a time to fix our leak the next day. They showed up on time and were very polite and knowledgeable.
