  This was the first time we have used Armstrong Heating & Cooling. It won’t be my last!! When we noticed that our furnace wasn’t heating, we contacted the company that we have always used. They took my information and told me the tech would call when in route. I waited 3 hours and never received a call so I called back and of course no one answered. It was extremely cold and we needed to get this furnace repaired quickly so I called Armstrong. They answered and told me what they had going on and when they could be here. They arrived and diagnosed my furnace and discovered that the heat exchange was cracked which meant that I’d have to have a new furnace. So needless to say it was a cold night. They called me promptly the next morning and quoted me the price and said they would get it installed that day. Everything went exactly as I was told. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and stayed until 10:30 pm to make sure we had heat. They also went to great lengths to make sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Great company!! If you have an issue, give them a call.

  This is the second time I have used Armstrong, Once Hunter showed up at 8:30 pm after being called at 6:30 pm for AC issues and Today Bart Worked on our system for heat. Both times was a great experience. Extremely professional and we will not use anyone else. Thank you guys for same day service

  We couldn't get our furnace humidifier to work. It took Armstrong's Heating and Cooling less than 15 minutes to find the root of the problem, and less than 2 days to get it completely fixed. I'd recommend them to anyone. Great people and great service. Thank you Armstrongs!
