  John was amazing! Repaired the AC unit & made sure it was cooling properly before he left. Explained everything he was doing & gave me pointers for future maintenance. He did a great job! I give him a 10+.

  Everyone I have the pleasure of talked to and met from this company has ben nice and helpful had no problems yet with their service gust got the bill from this place they sent 4 guys for in my opinion it should have only took 2 guys the bill was high for gust a install I bought the ac online so they charged me quite a bit for the labor and then he said if I would have bought the ac from him the labor would be warranty for a buy state law it is covered for a year anyway so I am happy with their work gust happy with their price or the owner and he was trying to talk down to me for getting the ac off ebay I see they replied to me on here the issues is I think they changed me to mush and when I was in the office he said if I got it though the the ac that the labor was covered for a year so to me he was say the we was not going to guarantee they work more places do guarantee there work for a year if they put it in they did the work .so he was telling me the labor was not guarantee? Not the equipment the labor that is want you said you would not guarantee the labor because I did not get the equipment from you

  Mr. Hendricks, I am sorry that you feel there was issues with this installation. The 4 guys went because you were concerned about the time frame to get the install done. When you were in our office discussing your new equipment with the owner, he actually told you that you got a good deal on it. He also was telling you what all was included if you had bought the equipment from us. We are sorry if there was some sort of confusion or miscommunication, but in no manner was he trying to talk down to you for purchasing your equipment elsewhere. He even told you that we couldn't get it for that price. I wish you had said something while you were in the office before we were all settled and done. We could have discussed everything further while you were here. ***Mr. Hendricks, we always stand behind our work, but you have to understand that we cannot offer a labor warranty on equipment that we did not sell you.
