I was really happy with the work. They were polite, very thorough, and clean. I've used duct cleaners before and they left the lint laying on the ground and only cleaned from outside the house. These guys worked both inside and outside the house and cleaned the entire length of two long dryer ducts. They gave me the impression they really cared about what they were doing. Highly recommend!

They did a very good job and showed me before and after photos. I had suspected the company I used before did not do a good job and he showed me photos which proved it.
So I added the additional deep cleaning and sanitizing services. My only recommendation would be a breakdown of the invoice for the add-on services prior to the work beginning.

The associates showed up earlier than expected and got right to work. They introduced themselves professionally, but I completely forgot their names. They were very thorough with their explanations of the services, and they provided exactly those services. They cleaned up to our satisfaction and we were happy to tip both employees for having to enter our crawl space, which is not a fun place to maneuver. Great work and I would most definitely recommend their services in the future!

We had our ductwork cleaned about 10 years ago, and in comparison to what they done then to what was done today at my home. It was night and day difference the first time it only took the technicians two hours to clean my duck work. When the crew from SS duct cleaning came to my home they laid out drop cloths and all the areas that they were working and it took them nearly 6 hours. We got to see the before and after pictures and inside of their machine of what came out of our duck work I can't express how happy we are and will refer them in the future.
