  Gerald from GSSN was very professional, efficient, and thorough. He diagnosed the issues quickly (a blown fuse due to an electrical short at the outside unit) and got them resolved within an hour. When he tested the system after, he found the thermostat to be fried as well so he replaced it with a new and similar model that he had with him. Once the job was completed, he thoroughly inspected the rest of the system, cleaned up the job site, and provided me with a report of the job details which was also sent to my home warranty company as well as his manager. There were no unsolicited sales pitches, no hidden or unexpected charges, and no extra charges outside of my home warranty deductible. This was a five star experience - thank you Gerald!

  Jacob was quite cordial, timely, and very knowledgeable about my heat pump system. I was so pleased with Jacob and your company's reputation and reasonable prices that I had Jacob do the repair the same day and signed up for the twice yearly maintenance program.   GSSN sent a team of 4 technicians to my house for a complete heat pump and air handler install. GSSN handled all the communications with my warranty company. There were NO ISSUES with GSSN or my warranty company. The install team was professional, communicated with me well, did excellent work in a timely manner. I strongly recommend GSSN as a company! Nick was very easy to work with and he was very flexible to my needs/wants. Very satisfied customer!
