Customer service is amazing! This large Home Depot has a feel of a small town atmosphere where you're greeted and the employees are so helpful.  It is such a pleasure shopping here. Thanks for the amazing experience.

One associate in the whole store acted like they were willing to help anyone. I ask management to price match a door from a competitor that they wanted $200 more for management refused for some unknown reason. The delivery that I set up online for the next day was not delivered for over a week and everyone single person I talked to including Bobby the assistant manager had a condescending and disrespectful attitude. I would honestly give a half a star if I could but it wouldn't let me go lower than a 1. Home Depot will never get any of my business again.

Curbside pickup at this location is awful. Sometimes you don't get the "pick up ready" email for hours. Today I contacted the store and inquired about my curbside order after waiting and waiting, and the associate said that it would be ready in 30 mins. A hour later, I went to store and called for the order but they then said that I can not come until I get the email. I have never seen this "I'm the boss" attitude among Lowes curbside delivery team. Next time I'll choose home delivery option or go to Lowes. As others mentioned, their customer service is horrible in general.

Materials shown online rarely can be found in store. If you're having an emergency issue that has to be done Now don't depend on them having anything other than duct tape. Ohh yeah, and the customer service sucks. I had to have an employee that worked in the plumbing department paged 3 times, and they still never showed. Along with going to the customer service desk to have Any employee come help. NOTHING!! NO-ONE came. Maybe I'm being a little harsh with my review. But you own a company, or franchise of, so do what you have to to get enough employees to help customers when needed. It's not like you can't afford it!

We had a pleasant experience with customer service counter and Krystal made us have a great guest experience and we definitely will be back for future purchase for are portfolio.

Had a online order and instore pickup for tile. Definitely a easy process, they texted me when it was ready, I visited the service desk...they sent me to the pro counter, and they loaded it up for me. Easy day, people were friendly, and I always enjoy shopping here.
I even received a follow up call from the manager to ensure things went smoothly....who does that? They did, service after the sale, and I thought that was awesome!
The only complaint I've ever had with HD is the military discount online. Basically, if I ordered anything, I didn't have a option of getting the military discount, even if I went into the store, I only received a discount for items in the store. Lowes has received the majority of my buisness (95%) bc of this. This year however, HD has fixed this and I plan on shopping there more now.

Worst customer service we have ever experienced. Manager refused to speak with us. Cashier called us a liar when explaining how they cancelled our order with no notification and AFTER they took the money. Will absolutely be following up with the corporate office after this experience. I try to give all workers the benefit of the doubt because I’ve worked in customer service my entire life and know how difficult it can be, but the attitude and unprofessionalism we encountered today was beyond what I have ever experienced.

staff knows nothing about the products they sell long wait times very little in stock 6 weeks to get a door! id suggest lowes home depot used to be my go to store but they literally just hire anyone
