I am a real estate broker and property manager and have used SPS Air since 2015.  I honestly have never been happier with one of my contractors then I have with SPS Air.  Scott the owner, runs his business, so the service and response is excellent.  His staff is also great and very professional.  My tenants are all very happy with the service and response time, as well.  I have had friends ask me for an a/c company referral because other companies were trying to take advantage of them and after SPS Air left, they said they were so impressed and happy to have had a second opinion.  I absolutely recommend this company, you will not be disappointed!

I have been using SPS air for several years, They have done everything from  general maintenance to replacing a full system for me, they won't try to sell you services you don't need and will even warranty out items whenever possible.  They are honest, fairly priced, and very prompt. I am a real estate and I have a lot of requests for recommendations from clients as well as agents in my office for an AC company. My recommendation is always SPS Air and I always hear rave reviews after the work gets done.  Scott and his team are top notch professionals and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of any air conditioning related services residential or commercial.

Was in the market for a new A/C. SPS came out and gave an estimate.
Scott was the tech and not only was he extremely knowledgeable but gave a very fair price. I gave the okay for the install. Scott and his team were professional and respectful of my property. Not only did they install a new A/C unit but also installed a new air handler that had to fit in my attic "a job I would not want to ever try myself" They left my place spotless as if no construction was ever done. I am very particular about my home and belongings. I couldn't be more happier with the product Scott chose for my home and the service SPS provided. I have another unit that will need to be replaced soon and I will be calling Scott and SPS Air for that install as well.

Today  (Sunday) is approximately the 5th time I have had SPS Air at my home regarding my air conditioning system.  Scott, owner has been wonderful in initially accessing the unit and providing service as needed.
We both know that my system is just waiting to shut down completely but he and his staff have helped me keep it moving as long as possible.
Last evening I called the company as my outside unit was continually running and a hissing sound.  About 10 minutes after I made the call into SPS Nick called me.  He reassured me that he would be able to come this weekend.   Fortunately he is able to keep it going for awhile longer as is it were a new air conditioner rather than 7 years old.  The owner, Scott has been here several times and always calls me personally.  They are so fair on their pricing as extra fair as they know that I am a widow and trying to make it all work out.   The most important thing is that they are honest and are not taking advantage of me in any way.  They are wonderful, trustful people with a great team of the office girl who has also helped me troubleshoot over the phone to Nick and Scott.

I've had SPS Air for 2 1/2 yrs. now, and have had a service contract the entire time ! They are VERY honest, local guys, who don't BS you, or try to sell you something you don't need. Always on time, clean, intelligent staff who explain every step of there visit ! I have lived in Lee County my entire life, and SPS is the ONLY AC contractor I would trust to service or install my AC equipment !!!!
