  This company did not register my unit for 10 years as they’re supposed to, my compressor & coil went out after 8 years of use. I called to have them repair and they told me my warranty expired! Now I’m having to buy a whole brand new unit again as the repair cost a lot to fix. Do not trust this company!

  Southern Mechanical installed the HVAC system into my home when we built in 2017. The entire time we have had an issue with the bedroom being 5 to 7 degrees hotter then the rest of of the house. The owner, Bart Hillman came out and his final answer was, it's always going to be hotter. Nothing can be done. I have had a floor Split Mini AC running in my room since then because, I believed the professional. This year I decided to have a ductless ac installed and had another company come out. They recommended that I just add an additional zone. I contacted southern mechanical and after a month, Bart replied telling me that I should take my business else where as he has no desire to make it right. This company and it's ownership is a sham and should not be trusted

  If you’re looking for a company, that offers professionalism, best customer service, a real home-town feel, when you call them...than look no further than Southern Mechanical. Most businesses have lost touch, when it comes to making the customer feel like a family member and seem to treat you, like a “number waiting line”. That is not the case for this friendly place and if you’re looking for a quality repair, give them a call and ask for Tori. Tori, has renewed my confidence in customer care, particularly in the maintenance of my a/c unit...Who doesn’t like it quality cool air in the south?? Give them them a call, you’ll be happy you did...
