The company is a sham. They are over priced and when I looked at the bill they sent it stated that I needed 10lbs of freon but my unit only holds max(including what's in the pipes) 6lbs. They couldn't even tell me a valid reason on why they suggested the work. The quotes I got from other companies had better prices and they were able to explain why they billed what they billed, unlike Augusta Air Solutions. You can check them out of Facebook as well and just add based reviews if not worse.

This Review is fake ! We have never worked for this person . The amount of refrigerant shown on the data sticker is the amount shipped with the equipment and more times than not it usually turns out that the amount in the unit is only approximated at best . Depending on the evap coil size , Refrigerant tubing size and length of said refrigerant lines , we would use the Subcooling or Superheat method to charge a system . It is very possible that a system containing six pounds in the condenser would end up having 10 pounds roughly - depending on how far away the evap coil is . Please disregard this fake review. We actually weigh the refrigerant sold to our customers. We are always willing and able to discuss any reason for repair. We actually take pride in that with over 30 years of experience . We know our stuff ! Thank you

I never received service from this company. That is probably a good thing now that I have read other reviews. My home warranty company set me up with these guys to repair my heater. I received a call from a technician whose phone number ended with 7672 at 6:15pm for an appointment window of 5 to 7 pm. The guy told me that he was enroute to my house and that he should arrive in about one-half hour. The guy never showed up, never called to update, and would not answer his phone when I tried calling. I also tried calling the main company phone, but their voicemail was full. I have written this appointment off now as it is about 9pm now. I will not be doing business with this company. I will be requesting another company from my home warranty provider.

After his people visited my unit that was acting up it stopped working. Paid for a total unit replacement and he never showed up after payment to do the replacement. He proceeded to get very rude with my realtor who took over communication because I'm trying to sell my house and had since moved away. Never kept any appointments and never informed is that he wouldn't make it. Hired a new contractor who found a capacitor on the outdoor unit had been rewired backwards and caused the unit to fail, and had the unit working with full functionality after fixing that. Asked for my money back and have been informed that he wishes to consult his legal team first, and is threatening a defamation suit against my realtor and myself. After looking into his history, he's been arrested and tried (don't know the results) a couple times in the last decade for fraudulent behaviors and has the business under an LLC that means it would be difficult for me to get my money back even if I won in small claims court. No office location is listed to confront him in person, just a PO box. In short, I can't fully allege that his guys broke my AC on purpose since I am not an HVAC technician myself, but it would be along the lines of the other reviews I've seen. Don't use this guy, if your home warranty or insurance company try to use him, request someone else. Mine was not only forthcoming in picking a new contractor, but the person helping me at the company told me of another incident with him she'd fielded a complaint about three weeks prior in which he allegedly acted extremely unprofessional.

Mr . Pelc was infuriated when he was advised that his empty house would be placed last in line to have his HVAC system changed out by the Warranty company because there were Homeowners who had elderly and special needs children that would have to be completed first . We apologized that this may interfere with the selling of his home but that as soon as we took care of the elderly and special needs children that he would in deed be next . He was extremely rude and selfish and we actually declined installing a system for someone so disrespectful to people who were scheduled before him for good reason . Given the same situation we will always schedule the elderly and people who have special needs children first . If we were wrong for this - then I guess we will just have to be wrong .
