The heating in my recently purchased house stopped working suddenly one night, when it was very cold. Duggan's was the name if the last company to service the unit, so I gave them a call. They were able to get an appointment quickly. Calvin was my technician, and I cannot rave about him enough! He is super professional and knowledgeable, and he answered all of my questions. He fully explained what he was doing as he worked, and gave me all of my options. I decided to join Duggan's membership program (a treat value), largely based on my experience with Calvin. I am a very happy customer!

Calvin Jones is an excellent service technician. He took the time with us with our heating system. He very patient, professional, knowledgeable, and he explained everything clearly. I don't want anyone else to come to our house but him. He comes highly recommended for a military family. My husband is a disabled veteran. Diana

Got my unit from Duggan’s 15 yrs ago & they have always provided professional, quality service/maintenance. I have complete confidence in the company & their service technicians they send to my house. When speaking to their staff, whether in person or over the phone they are always pleasant, courteous & knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!
