Doc Savage technician Don W. exhibits true professionalism by maintaining a calm, businesslike demeanor, and by repairing our heating unit. He was courteous before he entered our resident, he put on shoe covering over his shoes and advised us he was vaccinated after putting on his face mask. He took the time to explain the available options, made recommendations, state the total costs, and promise a date when the work can be completed. I don’t normally do this but this company fixed a problem with my heat pump. I contacted them and got same day service thanks to a cancellation. Kyle was very professional and quick. Within an hour my heater was working again. 10/10 will be doing business with them again. Notably, I’ve been getting the go around with another company unable to solve my problem. They even said the issue was that a heat kit was not installed. Savage replaced the blower motor which we had burned out and now I’m nice and toasty in the cold weather. You won’t waste your time or money by going with them.

I’ve been using Doc Savage for around 10 years with no complaints. The technicians over the years have been professional and competent at their jobs. Today’s service was no different. Kyle was great. This was my first time meeting him, but I’m glad he is with the company now as he was very informative, friendly and timely in regards to the service.

Doc Savage technicians are very professional. The customer service is superb. I called and they gave me an appointment within 2 weeks. The AC technician was punctual. He checked the functionality of my furnace, inspected my air filters and was very diligent when cleaning both of my heat pumps. Reginald was very dedicated, he explained every step of the process while inspecting and cleaning the heat pumps. I love supporting Local businesses, in particular small and veteran owned businesses. I was told Mr. Savage used to be in the Army. He also is an equal opportunity employer. If you’re looking for a Heating and Air Conditioning company within the CSRA, look no further. Purchased a new package HVAC unit from Doc Savage recently. Everything was excellent-customer service, instal, all top notch work. Our install team was Casey, John Hollis and Henry- they did fantastic work and were very helpful. Our salesman was Mario and he was very patient as he walked us thru identifying our needs and made sure we got the unit we wanted and needed. Will be recommending this company in the future for anyone who needs work done.

Randy from Doc Savage and Air was a great HVAC technician. He called before his arrival. He was very knowledgeable and explanatory in his recommendation and repairs.
