  Matt was friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and gave me several options. Never pushing me to buy more than I need. I have been a customer for 30+ years and have always had a great experience with this company. My family use this great company and I have purchased 2 units at my old house .I will recommend them to my new neighbors.

  Highly recommend Snohomish Furnace & Air. Worker was timely, friendly and repaired our AC right away. Didn't try to make us pay for unnecessary repairs. Will definitely use again.

  I just bought a new home last year, summer time it got hot in our house. I was highly recommended Snohomish Furnace and air by a neighbor, actually multiple neighbors. They came out the same week gave me a reasonable quote better than two other companies who had quoted me for our AC installation. They are the kindest people, and I called once for an issue that was resolved the very next day. Seriously best family owned company with excellent customer service! Would recommend them to anyone.
