  It was freezing in my house on a Saturday morning, and I needed my furnace fixed right away. I read the reviews and called after seeing they were the only service with a full 5 star rating. What impressed me the most is Bill immediately picked up the call. There was no leaving a message and waiting for someone to call me back in a few hours. Bill told me what it would cost to replace the ignitor in my furnace right then, and a very reasonable time frame for him to come to my house. Bill showed up when he said he would, fixed our furnace, and gave us an incredibly reasonable quote for a furnace replacement. Our furnace is 27 yes old, and we have been holding off on replacing it thinking it was going to cost around $10K. Bill's quote was half that. Bill was honest, professional, friendly, and trustworthy, and made us feel comfortable right off the bat. We will be using Cascade Energy Services going forward, and recommending them to our friends.

  My furnace went out and I called Bill at Cascade Energy Services (he had been referred to me) . He came out that same day to check out the issue…I needed a new furnace as my 31 year old furnace could not be repaired. He carefully went over options for a furnace and we placed our order. His technicians came out a few days later and installed our furnace and I had heat once again. Total professionals. . I will recommend CASCADE ENERGY SERVICES to my friends and family.

  Bill is fantastic! This is a fabulous company with perfect customer service. He came to look at my gas fireplace that wasn't working, after I had a bad experience at another heating/HVAC company. He was courteous, smart, knew his stuff! Gave us great info on our fireplace setup and mantle redesign as well... Super down to earth guy and a good person. He's incredibly reasonable in price as well. And really, he'll save you money in the long run because he'll do it right the first time! We're definitely going to work with Cascade Energy in the future another projects. Oh and ps, he's a cat dude! ❤️
