  The crew showed up right on time and started working, masks and protective booties in place. They performed the “Move In Package” with rotary brushing and vacuuming of the furnace supply and return ducts (and even the dryer ducting), followed by cleaning and maintenance of the furnace. The guys were amiable and courteous, and also thorough - their efforts to thoroughly clean the blower unit unleashed massive clouds of dust and large clumps of stuff that had built up on the squirrel cage blower over years of service, causing an imbalance that caused vibrations and noise whenever the blower was running. It now runs smoothly and quietly for the first time in… decades? I’m deeply impressed by their commitment to doing quality work and being unafraid to tackle really tough jobs. I think this package reflects a great value, and I won’t hesitate to recommend this service for anyone with a ventilation system in need of a deep and thorough cleaning. My only regret was not having done it years ago…. Five rating stars aren’t enough to really score their work, or my satisfaction with it. Ten stars, maybe, or 11? Yup.

  Adam our technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He was very thorough, communicated well, and took the time to answer any questions as he walked me through their process to clean our ducts. Miranda who helped book my appointment was so nice and easy to talk to. They take pride in providing quality services and don't beat you up on their prices. I would highly recommend giving PNW Fresh Air a call if you need your ducting and dryer vent cleaned!

  Definitely best quality service in town. Thank you PNW fresh air for all your hard work. Both men came in professionally with a mask and shoe covers. Both were also respectful and punctual. Not only did they do an amazing job with cleaning and maintenance. They came in to walk us through the whole process. We appreciate a company that care enough to provide us with information on the ins and out of what needed to be done and why it needed to be worked on, at no extra cost. Definitely best price in town. PNW Fresh Air made us feel like they cared about our home and not just another job.
