  I highly recommend this company. I contacted the company because I had issues with my air conditioner for the past two years. Smitty's told me the time and day they would arrive. Justin arrived as promised and professionally and quickly he diagnosed the issue, informed me and replaced the part within 10 minutes. Why didn't I contact them earlier?? This is a highly respectable and professional business and has reasonable prices. I highly recommend Justin and this business, Thank you so much for quickly resolving my air conditioning needs.

  Recently I got water in my basement due to a sump pump failure. I called Smitty's to come out to my home to check the furnace, and A/C units out, the Tech. said there was no damage to my furnace, but one of the ducts fell off the duct that was supplying heat and A/C to my home, theTech took pictures of the situation, and told me Smitty would work up an estimate and either email it to me or call with the estimate. So far I haven't heard a word back from anyone this happened 3 weeks ago. I called them this morning ( 01/10/19) the call went through, someone picked the phone up and hung up right away, then I called on my cell phone got a busy signal, called again ,the call went to an answering machine, one of the options was to call their service Tech. so I called his number, the call went directly to his voice mail, I left a message, still no call back. The ironic thing about this whole scenario is that this is the 4th call pertaining to the duct work, it seems that do not use enough hangers/support to keep the duct work from falling down, after looking at my furnace , it looks as if just about all my ducts are hanging on the floor. If you need a new furnace installed I would think twice about using Smitty's.

  They installed several units for me at personal homes and place of business. Very professional and fare priced. Would definitely recommend.
