  I've known Vernell for many years through her long career at Molly Maid. Her mantra has always been to make sure the customer is satisfied. It's not just to do what's required but to always go "the extra mile". The proof is in the number of customers she has who year after year demand that she continue to take care of their home. It's always a matter of trust, care and professionalism and Vernell excels in all. Megan is a relatively new partner for Vernell but it's already apparent that she is carrying on Vernell's standards of excellence. I couldn't be happier with the service I consistently receive from Vernell and Megan and the entire Molly Maid staff.

  The employees get treated like absolute garbage and the owners are liars and cheats. The girls do an amazing job cleaning and all deserve raises. Multiple people who have worked here have all said they got cheated on hours and pay. The BBB is already aware and I can’t wait to see the horrible owners get a taste of their own medicine. They also make the girls clean in houses that are above 80 degrees and have no air during summer. Don’t waste your time looking for a job here, you’re better off at McDonald’s. At least they won’t cheat your paycheck. Maids 10/10 Management - absolute garbage

  Since this person did not give their last name, we had to search our records to find a Courtney. The only Courtney we found worked for us for a total of 20.35 hours in June, 2021, definitely not enough time to make any comment about our organization. Most of our employees are very satisfied with their jobs, and this is shown in the length of time they stay with Molly Maid. Of our 28 current employees - this is the current breakdown of number of years worked and number of employees: 18 years - one; 14 years - one; 10 years - one; 8 years - three; 5 years - two; 2- 5 years - five; the rest are under two years. While it is true that only 1 out of every two or three new hires makes it through training and can handle the rigorous routine of house cleaning. The House Cleaning Professionals that graduate training and make it as a partner on a team make a very good living working week days with no nights or weekends. These proud people tend to stay a minimum of a year, and many make this their work home for a large part of their lives. We value our Housekeepers and feel that we are a family. We know this is very hard work and we show our appreciation by celebrating each employees birthday and work anniversary. Employees earn paid vacation after one year. We celebrate the six major holidays each year with paid bonus. There are three other bonus programs and gift cards for excellent Quality Checks. We provide lunch or breakfast a minimum of 5 times a year, sometimes it is delivered to the teams in the field. Employees drive our vehicles and each team has it's own credit card to cover gasoline. While there is no job that is perfect, we try to go the extra mile to make Molly Maid a great place to work. I will give my full name - Susan Phemster, and I am one of the two owners.
