  They got my money and then forgot about me. They did a $4600.00 heating installation October 2021, and provided no user manual, no tech training on the new furnace. Called Ben at the office requesting a user manual or at least a specifications sheet. He said they would bring one to me "the next time we have a job in your area" which is less than 5 miles from their office. Feeling like I'm not important now that they got my money. I'll call some other company in spring 2022 for the new a/c install.

  Sorry to hear about your expierence Dan. The information on your furnace was emailed to you after the install on 10/25/21 to your requested email address. I will have a technician drop off another booklet if you need it.

  Charged me 95.00 look at my heater just to tell me my heat strip was bad and that he couldn't read the model number on the heater. Told me that the heat pump would keep us warm lie me and my wife froze last night. My water also froze.
