I had a split unit go bad and called H&K. They were on time and very professional. They filled with Freon and dye and found a week later the leak in the outside unit. I had to also replace the 3 head units. They ordered the unit and when it came in, they got it installed in one day. I'm impressed that they sent 3 trucks and 5 tech's to do the job. They had to cut sheetrock and replumb to make it fit. This made a mess which they cleaned up and vacuumed. Also did good job cutting sheetrock for easy caulk and paint. As far as price, I didn't get a second estimate. But everything seems pricey in today's world. It's hard to put a price on a good job. Spencer was the lead tech from start to finish. He was accurate in his estimate and didn't try to BS me. The new units (lg) are nice and quiet. They are replacing Friedrich unit that lasted 8 years. Glad to get rid of the Friedrich. I'll recommend these guys to friends. Excellent!!!

H&K began working a service call on an A/C issue for me and ended up installing a new system Feb 2020 to replace a 15yr old unit. Service was professional and timely. I had a follow up visit a year later for a minor issue which they completed under the workmanship of the original install. It’s so refreshing to have someone stand behind their work. Their accountability and customer service have earned my future business and I recommend you try them as well!

The gentleman who came and diagnosed the issue was nice enough, but when trying to get in contact with these people its like pulling teeth. The number they were texting me on, I asked if they could quote me the price and I ended up having to call the next day due to no response. The lady I got in contact with was driving so I was totally understanding when she said she would have to call me back, but then she didn't, I got a text from the servicer. Also asked in text if they could move the scheduled time from end of the week to asap and I was told they would contact me Monday. No calls. I'm switching companies due to poor response times/no response. Edit: the new company found out that they overloaded my unit with Freon and noticed my ceiling air filter was needing to be changed. Good thing because I dont have a step ladder yet.

Hey Kasa T so sorry to hear your experience wasn't awesome. We never placed any refrigerant in your system. The only work that we performed was replacing the control wire to the condenser and informed the the selling agent that the proper defrost control board needed to be installed. I apologize for any communication issues as we are extremely busy with the current temperature increase. If you truly feel that a poor review is necessary, then please leave It, but for clarity, you haven’t even received a bill from us.
