  Truly phenomenal customer service! They were fast to respond with repairs on our old unit, quotes for the new one, and getting it installed within days of us picking one. They registered our warranty. They're already letting us know they'll be out for preventative maintenance soon. I cannot recommend highly enough!

  Air of the Ozarks was the best HVAC service I have ever used. Rick is a very knowledgeable expert in the field and helped me with understanding exactly what needed to be done. The crew was wonderful and respected my house and family as they worked on my mini split that needed to be installed. Jack is a very nice man and the apprentice Jordan was also very quick about helping.
