  I had called this company to have regular maintenance done. A tech came out on the day of the appointment and was only able to service the furnace at the time (no fault of his own). I provided a check for half the service and was told to reschedule for AC. A few weeks later I called to reschedule and had to call multiple times to get ahold of anyone and even left a message that no one responded to. I called again next day and finally got someone. They said they should be able to come out that afternoon. They never showed. Also, after the first visit it took them weeks to cash the check. I gave them a chance but I won’t be using this company again.

  Todd was able to suggest a furnace that helped solve an issue we had been having from having an addition added to our home. We had talked with several other contractors and not one had given us this much more affordable option. I highly recommend Todd to all my friends and clients.
