  Would leave a 0 if I could. Used this company for several years. We got an estimate from them and one other company for a new a/c unit. We went with the other company since it was much cheaper. We still used this company for the other unit in the other building. We needed them to come give us a quote on a new unit for that building. They refused and told us that since we went with the other company for the one unit that we wasted their time and they would no longer service us. They were also very rude and demeaning on the phone. We have been good customers, paid right away and used them exclusively for our other units. We did not deserve to be treated like that. Most people get more than one estimate on big ticket items. Did not deserve to be treated like a pos by them.

I will speak with Tory, our Service Tech, and try to figure out what went wrong. We've only just taken charge of this account this year.
