      I have had to use Four Seasons twice this year for commercial refrigeration purposes. We had a food make table and a two door freezer both go on the fritz. Both units where covered under warrant from the manufacturer. So we had to call Blue Air and start the two separate claims. They contacted Four Seasons and Mark contacted me from that point on.They came out. Quickly assessed the situations. Ordered the parts and repaired both units. One unit did take a week for parts to come but they were coming from California during the fires back in September. They were quick, tidy and stayed out of the way while in the kitchen. They also where very good about following Covid requirements when working. Highly recommend this company!

      Avoid..Avoid.. Four seasons was called to our place of business to help us with a Refrigerator issues. They arrived late and stated they spent 2.5 hours working. This is a lie, they were not here more than 30 minutes and of the 30 minutes, 20 minutes were spent sitting in their truck. On top of that they charged us 260.00. I guess I am in the wrong business. The money is not an issue in this negative review, it is the customer service of Four Seasons and Mark VanDoren the owner. For 10 minutes he screamed, used vulgar language to my dad and my sister on the phone on issues that were out of our control. My dad is not one to ever talk back to someone nor argue and is currently recovering from a major operation. However, we are now we are very worried about him as since his encounter with Mark VanDoren he has had headaches, lost sleep and cannot eat. I really hope nothing in the near future happens to him due to this terrible experience. His health is our number one priority and if something does happen we will be seeking legal action over this experience. Mark you are never welcomed into our family business nor will we ever recommend you. Please never use this company, they have no values nor respect their customers.

      We take customer concerns very seriously. As Mark explained to you previously, the work did not fall under warranty because you failed to follow manufacturing instructions on proper stocking of the unit. Due your failure to follow the owner’s manual this did not fall under warranty and we needed to be paid for our time, therefore you were responsible for the invoice. We pride ourselves on our courteous employees and foul language would never be tolerated. Any time that our employees spent on the phone or in the truck was time spent talking with warranty technical support.

      I am the manager for the restaurant below Milas Mini Market, every day I deal with multiple people and all walks of life. I have never been more appalled and mistreated like I did when speaking with Mark VanDoren the owner. I understand the frustrations of owning a business and the last thing I ever want to do is write a negative review. However, everything below is true and it pains me to never recommend anyone to this place. He was beyond rude and disrespectful. I will never recommend him. I can honestly stand by my word and business go to Milas Mini Market and see our reviews. The #1 thing our clients review us on is our customer service and pleasantness to our customers! Please never call this place I don’t want you to have the experience I did with Mark and his business! Beware .. Do Not Use .. Must read before calling this place! We recently purchased a refrigerator and it was acting up. We called the company we purchased it from and they recommend Four Seasons and said they contract their repairs with them. They told us since the refrigerator is less than a year old we would not need to pay for the service. We are a family own business and most of our staff is family. They called us on Monday 8/6 stating they were unable to come today but would be down tomorrow. Today , Tuesday 8/7 the owner Mark called us and we were unable to hear him and stated to him to try to call us back we couldn’t hear him as he was probably on his cell phone. He did this twice until the third time he said you better not hang up on me again I want to speak to the manager . The manager stated you are how can I help you. He rudely told her that she hung up on him and she stated to him I couldn’t hear you. Another call came in the line and she asked if she could call him back as it is lunch time and we were very busy at the restaurant. He stated no and that he wanted to speak to the man “the owner” . She said you need to calm down and we will call you back . When we spoke to him he said the technician will be late and we said that is fine. The techs were on their phones most of the time , checked the temperature and said it’s fine here is a bill of $260.00. We stated you didn’t fix anything nor did we have to pay. Our refrigerator company said it would be no charge. The tech called the owner. Who screamed and yelled saying you better pay this, i don’t care what that company told you, You better or I am taking you to small claims court. You owe me the money for coming down here to look at this fridge. You can see in our receipt it says it’s under warranty!! He was rude, vulgar and disrespectful! At this point we paid it because our father has been ill and he was not feeling well . He has been very upset all day by the way the owner Mark treated us. We are a honesty, hard working family own restaurant and to be treated like dirt and to be spoken to with vulgar language is unacceptable. If you want to be treated like dirt and have your hard earned money stolen from you Mark and Four seasons is your company. If you want to have some speak to you calm and respectful go some place else. I encourage everyone to never call this place. I feel bad for the staff that work for Mark, if he treats his customers like this then how does he treat his staff . Yikes run away from this place!!
