Sierra Air is the only company I will work with. On several occasions, when other companies gave me astronomical quotes for new equipment, Sierra Air was the only company who were honest about the repairs needed. Recently, I needed a whole new system and did not even consider anyone else. Sierra Air was out the next day installing a new system. All of the installers were courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Sierra Air!

I had a furnace and then duct work installed. Furnace install was great, duct work not so much. The installer cut too big a hole for the boot, in the carpet in our master bedroom, and too big a hole in our hard wood floor. He also put some pretty big scratches in the hardwood. I was able to patch the wood floor with some scraps I had. The carpet had to be patched by Evergreen carpet. Luckily, I had some scrap carpet. The building inspector found a screwdriver and partial roil of duct tape in the crawl space. He also suggested I pick up the cut off wire ties they left behind. I had to go on YouTube to learn how to program the thermostat. No one showed us how to use the app. Because I had to patch the floors and for the general hassle we went thru, Jason promised a gift card for our anniversary. Well, the anniversary has come and gone and no gift card. They have great commercials with smiling actors, but in reality, they forget a lot of the things they promise. Get it in writing!

I had a few quotes from various places but I was convinced that Sierra air was the eight one. From the 1st phone call they were very professional. Cory, the sales rep, was so informative and just a nice guy. The crew were amazing. Those men worked nonstop to install everything in one day. They seem to work well together and when they were done everything was clean. I just want to thank ALL of you for helping me. Thank you
