  This business is not good about getting things done. It took 7 months to get someone to come out to see if they could do the work needed -- after a review was left and several emails with someone in their corporate office. We were told by the guy who came out that an estimator would need to come out to give us an estimate. This was 2 months ago!!! We are running out of time to get this done before the insurance will not cover.

  In terms of the work done and personnel involved, they were excellent. Were it not for the pandemic that greatly affected the schedule, I would have rated them five stars. I consider them pricey but I have no experience with the type of kitchen remodel they did, so that opinion may be unfair

It appears there were some delays due to businesses being closed at times and additional costs due transporting materials through the elevator that you wouldn't incur if service vehicles were able to load and unload near the door of your home.
