  Amazing service!!! Our furnace started blowing cold air and within 15 minutes of my call, Jay was on his way. He was professional, polite, highly educated, as well as highly informative. He really took the time to look over everything to diagnose the problem and explain everything to me in a clear and straight forward way. We will definitely be using this business for all future needs!

  After getting a laughably astronomical quote from another company we called Hawthorne. Jay gave us a fair quote and took his time explaining different options without trying to push anything on us. The scheduler got us on the calendar quickly and Jay did a fantastic job with the installation. He was happy to answer all our questions, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend Hawthorne and especially Jay!

  Had Jay out at the house today to look at our furnace. We had been having problems with it for over a year and even had another company out who wasn’t able to diagnose the issue. Jay was great, not only did he do more than he had to but he spent extra time going through the whole unit and making sure he was correct in his findings. Never had a technician as thorough as he was as he easily could have left the minute the unit came back on. Thanks Jay and Hawthorne Heating
