We have used Shanks Heating and Cooling several times over the years. They have been fairly priced and responsive. We never felt like they were trying to find ways to charge more but genuinely have a culture of wanting to help.  I'd recommend them to anyone.

On time, excellent service, had parts available for repair and got us an estimate on replacing our old system with a new system explaining the differences in the SEER rating. Would recommend them to anybody in their service area.

Team arrived and went to task.  Attempted to add a vent in pantry, but wasn't easily able to be done.  Recommend a solution which would require a lot more work than I wanted to undertake at the time.  Would use again.

Austin was very polite and well informed in his field. I told him the symptoms and he knew exactly what the problem was. He replaced the part that he had on the truck and it immediately started to work. He cleaned up the area and was very polite. Great company representative!

We won't use anyone else.
Nick, Ashton and Logan have helped us on more than one occasion and has always provided great service.

Thank you Shanks!  You came through again.  Back in the Fall of 2019 when our AC went out and we were melting in the 90 plus temps plus 100% humidity, you came to our rescue and installed a much needed AC unit.  We appreciated all the advise, no pressure sales, and overall professionalism and honesty we experienced having to make such a huge, emergency decision.  Fast forward to Spring 2020, we started to smell gas from our furnace and Spire determined we needed a new valve replacement. We called Shanks and they were able to come out the next morning, verify the faulty valve and replaced it!!  Thank you so much for your reliable and prompt service!!

Second job we had Shanks do for us and just as satisfied as the first.  Quality work done on time and as stated.  Highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.
