While hoping I would not ever need to call an emergency restoration company, Annemarie and Jim have been wonderful to deal with since the first phone call I made to them late on a Sunday evening. It is clear that they take their business seriously and that customer satisfaction is their top priority - and they certainly made feel like their most important customer although I suspect every single one of their customers feels the same. I will recommend SERVPRO of South Mecklenburg County to anyone without hesitation.
