Excellent work. Appreciated the explanation of the root cause of the problem with the dryer and what parts needed to be replaced. Problem solved! The technician, Thomas, made this a very positive repair experience. He was efficient, did clean work, and was most knowledgeable.

First time I used them they cancelled on me twice. Got so frustrated after waiting a month that I figured out a way to fix it myself. Fast forward to the present- they have cancelled on me twice again leaving me without a dryer for a month. The tech even called me to tell me he was on his way which ended up being a no show. Each time they cancel on me there’s about a two week wait to get rescheduled. If you have to take time off of work to meet one of these techs or if you need an appliance fixed quickly- you’d best go somewhere else. Very unprofessional and a waste of time and money.

I waited almost 2 weeks for them to come fix my dryer. They called the day of the service (today), said that their truck broke down and that I have to wait 2 more weeks. Why even buy a warranty? All I need is a new heating element. Guess I will fix it myself and send lowes the bill.
