  Not only is Lennox very professional and extremely prompt, but very personable. I contacted Lennox when a friend recommended the service when my home warranty contractor failed to contact me. Lennox had highly recommended the competitor, and still showed up within minutes at my request when I hadn't heard from the home warranty contractor for 48 hours for an emergency call. Lennox was honest, efficient, and cost saving with the expertise dispensed, and never disparaged the competition. I will highly recommend Lennox and I will use this service for future calls if available.

  Is it possible to love your HVAC repair service? Absolutely!!!. Have used them more than once. They were the most responsive and the best price. Both times I've called them out the problem was taken care in the most efficient manner. They just know their HVAC systems and will fix the problems without trying to up-sell you on other ridiculous things. Plus their prices are great.!

  Another 5 Star review for all the right reasons. He is courteous, professional, shows up on time, and completes the work for a very reasonable price. This was the third time that I have relied on Lennox to repair equipment and I regret that I haven't given him a positive review here before now. If you need HVAC work done in the Asheville area, look no further.
