  The technician who came out, Mike was very professional and polite. He did a great job, on my tile floors. My grout had gotten very dirty, with red clay from my dogs, and my backyard being new. The downside, of no fault to the tech, he had a back up van, because his normal vehicle needed service. Little did he know, the equipment on the van wasn't working properly, it kept over heating, then would shut off. He then had to wait for the machine to cool down before it would start, so he could start his job back. What took him, almost 4 hours could have probably take half that. While here working he found out his normal work truck was done, but the person he was speaking to wouldn't bring it to him so he could get finished in a timely manner. He could have also finished up sealing my grout in the one room, if they would have brought it to him, now he will have to come back next week to finish up. Again, tech was great! He couldn't help he had faulty equipment. My floors look brand new again! I appreciate him offering to seal the grout. That will help cleaning them in the future. Thank you

  We moved into a new home in our area and wanted floors cleaned. A Fantastic job was done by Sonny. We had carpets cleaned w/protection, tile cleaned and wood floors steamed too. Everything looks brand new! They also worked with me after many cancellations due to no water. Highly recommend!

  Dustin and Ben went above and beyond to reach our remote rental cabin. Great communications with everyone involved. Great attitude after the delay and road block. Very thorough and professional and gave exact price and full instructions after the job was completed.
