  Purchased large microwave oven at Sears ,Bend, Or. with extended warranty. Microwave quit working in early December 2021, they sent a repairman who said magnetron was dead and ordered the parts. Never heard from anyone after that. Had Christmas and New year without a microwave despite several calls to Shamrock appliance repair. They said they would text back but never did. Called Sears many times, same answer, talk to repairman, they never called back. Called tech service at Sears , they never called back. Here we are end of January 2022 stil no microwave repair and no updates or nothing. It is becoming a Fraud case since they never reply. I am requesting replacement or refund at this point. We bought many appliance from Sears in the past and for our New House in Bend, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND PURCHASE FROM SEARS. The only customer service you get on the phone is from INDIA and they are very difficult to understand.. HOME DEPOT or LOWES or AMAZON is a better choice.

  I had a leak in my washer. The technician came out and spent 30 minutes “diagnosing” the problem. Said he was unable to locate any leak and maybe it was some water built up In the machine that’s gone now. Paid $99 for this diagnosis. Within 20 minutes of the tech leaving I started a load of laundry. It leaked instantly - the pictures are from this. I immediately text and called the technicians cell phone. He did not answer. I attempted Sears customer service for repairs and was unable to reach a real person. So I did the online chat and was told they could not come out for 3.5 weeks at the earliest. They refused anything earlier, they did not seem to care that it was not fixed, so then I asked for a refund and said id find another company to fix it. They said I’d hear from billing in 1-3 days. It’s now 5 and I have yet to hear from anyone. I fixed the leak MYSELF the next day by using the manual and YouTube (I am a 35yo female that knows nothing about a washing machine) I will never use Sears for anything in the future. Terrible customer service.

  Repairs were to replace the water filter and associated line. That was all done well, but the repairman left without letting me know he was done (I was in a nearby room) and left the place a mess. All the food and shelves he'd removed from the fridge were still on the counters, the fridge was still pulled away from the wall, and there were puddles of water and dirt on the floor. Given that the labor involved was nearly $300, I'd expect them to leave things in at least a good a state as they were when they started.
