Called for a repair on our LG Convection Oven. Tech arrived when promised. Performed repair with available part on truck. Repair was quick and done cleanly. HOWEVER, I used the oven once that evening and it worked for awhile. Then the same grinding noise started again with the new fan motor. Started to use the next day and Convection Oven fan failed completely. Burned anything that was in back of oven. Not happy. Now I called again, and I have to wait a week for a tech to return and then most likely another week for a part to be ordered and then replace. Sears is NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE. Avoid. Go to Lowe's, Home Depot or your local appliance dealer.

tech did an excellent job repairing our fridge, was very knowledgeable, and was willing to share his expertise so I understood what he was doing

Not helpful at all! I don't know who and/or what individuals are used for your 'call center' but he was not helpful or honest with me.
