  this is our first time dealing with a kitchen redo. We went to alot of different places looking for cabinets. That process is or can be overwhelming. Luckily we stumbled across HEP in Canandaigua. Ashley made the process so much easier. Honestly we couldn't have done it without her. By the end of us picking everything out we pretty much left the measurements up to her and everything was perfect. She seemed to know things about my kitchen that I didn't which definitely worked in our favor. She makes it look easy and her confidence will calm you down. Finding Ashley and HEP was the main reason we were able to get it done. Thanks Ashley!

  The people behind the counter are there to help as soon as you walk in. Tell them what you are after and He, or She will help you get the correct items your after. Time saver. Well stocked. Great assortment of Bath fixtures on display.

  Wanted to replace a bottom window trim cover piece for a window in a basement that hand crank needed replacement. Only replacement would match the specs of original, so would not work on updated, larger opener. Guy (Doug?) tried, and gave me a printout of specs which will help.
