After reading previous reviews, I was fortunate to get Dennis as my technician - and everything everyone else said about him is true! He is very professional, thorough, and committed to quality customer service. I am looking forward to a higher quality of air in my home after this service. Randy was friendly and professional when answering all of my questions and setting up my appointment. Logan was on time, professional, caring, knowledgeable and cleaned our vents and carpet efficiently and with attention to detail. Our house feels and smells so much cleaner! We were able to get before and after pictures and are very happy we picked this company over others we looked in to. They were highly recommended by so many in my community and now I know why. On The Spot Cleaners were fantastic! From my first phone call to set up the service everyone was very friendly and professional. They walked me through exactly what to expect and sent several reminders. Dennis even called to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and asked if it would be ok to come early. He was efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them for vent/duct cleaning. We will definitely use again when the need arises.
