Wish I could give 0 or negative stars. For this particular date that you ask about rating your service, well your technician never showed up nor were we notified that they were not coming. Sad that you didn't know either. I was actually sent a receipt for the work performed. How insane! Of course they did not show up for the appointment on 4/8 either with no notice. Apparently the technician decided he didn't want to come so cancelled on his own, but no one notified us. The appointment was made because the repairs made on 4/1 did not work and our refrigerator is still running at 52 degrees. I am currently out $800 for repairs that have fixed nothing and we cannot get Sears to respond in any way whatsoever. We have made more than 10 calls and have gotten a series of nice courteous customer service reps who read right out of a script because every one literally says the same thing virtually word for word. We've been "escalated", assigned to backup and specialty teams, management notified, and "we'll be calling you right back" and absolutely nothing has happened. We have never heard from anyone. No one there has any record that we have ever called or that the repair did not work. No supervisor or manager has EVER been located to talk to us. They operate like a "fly by night" outfit and I don't know how they can stay in business. They are scheduled to come this Saturday 4/16 (5th scheduled appointment) and if they don't show and fix the refrigerator, then I will be filling all the review sites about Sear's snake oil services and reaching out to my lawyer. I wish that I had read the reviews on other sites which largely trash Sears Home Services for the same reasons instead of looking at their filtered reviews on their site. No doubt they are taking advantage of the Sears name.

It took several YEARS for the company to send a repairman who knew how to fix this lack of hot air problem. Others replaced the thermostat and said "all fixed" when it wasn't. Thank you to the final man, who was pleasant and knowledgeable.
