  I’ve been with Sean McCutcheon’s Air Conditioning and Heating since I purchased my home 3 years ago. They installed the initial system that was here and I’ve continued maintenance with them. Zach Gibson does an excellent job. . He always calls in advance to let us know that he’s on the way. He is very professional and friendly. I am far from being an expert and he explains everything to me and answers all of my questions. I have always had a good experience with Sean McCutcheon’s, and highly recommend them.

  Justin Kerekes was great from Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. We really appreciate his communication with us before he even showed up as he called us to let us know when he would be arriving. That is RESPECT for his customer's time and personal schedule. Justin checked our system thoroughly and explained all that he was going to do and what he did. He also replaced the filters so that they were clean and ready to go until the next time when he is scheduled. Considering our A/C is our most important appliance in the state of Florida, we are grateful for Justin's efforts to ensure our unit is working in tip top shape. Thank you! We will request Justin for the next maintenance visit.
