Great service today! General maintenance and our air was not working! Brad was very knowledgeable and shared lots of useful information on how to get more life out of our unit. He did not pressure us to buy anything and did an awesome job explaining and got our air up and running with just a good clean out! Highly recommend them! Reasonable maintenance packages as well!

Brad showed up on time and was great! He did not seem rushed at all, took his time and explained things thoroughly. He did not try to sell anything, he was very professional and gave me lots of good tips on how to prolong the life of our AC unit. Our AC was running excellent when he left! would highly recommend home air defender!

We needed to replace our 20-year-old system plus we had a couple rooms that would not cool properly.  Brad inspected our ductwork and proposed a simple and cost-effective solution.  His technical knowledge plus extra efforts made it clear - we we’re going with HAD!  Our install was on schedule with no surprises on the final invoice. My new heros!  Esmarelda answered my call and had the presence of mind to realize I needed service quickly because our home sale was scheduled to close in 2 days.  The owner, Ralph, was on site fixing our problem within a few hours.  Ralph and his helper were great, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and fairly priced.  They took pictures and clearly explained the obvous problem to me (see my 1 star review of roofer Kennedy Construction).  Thank you Ralph!!  We will definitely recommend you to our friends and neighbors.

Our Wi-Fi thermostat had gone blank, and I was unable to restore it. I was pleased that a  technician arrived within an hour and a half to two hours of my request. He spent approximately a half hour reprogramming the thermostat, advising that the charge for the visit would be $134. I've use this company for several years, including the purchase of a new HVAC unit about five years ago, and contracted with them to do semi-annual inspections and maintenance since then. The company change the ownership a year and a half to two years ago. I've been satisfied with the service under both owners until today, expecting the service charge to be approximately half what I was charged, or less.

This is a 6 star company.  They installed a new A/C system last September and have had no issues.  They were easily a $1,000 less than any other quote we got. They called recently to schedule a maintenence check up and when we did not return the call, they followed up with us to make sure we got what we paid for with our purchase (the follow up was no charge).  We really cannot say enough about this company, our experience has been superior.
