  Super good response time and great work fixing furnace issue that had us without heat. Steve Schrader is a pleasure to work with - not only does he really know his heating and cooling but he communicates very well, is a fun person and his prices are VERY reasonable.   We had Steve out to take a look at our furnace, with intentions of replacing it. He came to the conclusion that we would benefit most from a duct inspection and cleaning from another company, and that a new furnace would not save us any money. We had the duct work done, and the company that cleaned our ducts messed up our furnace. Steve was at our home that night for an hour trying to figure out what they did. Finally got it worked out. Schraders heating as a whole has superb customer service and response time. Very happy with them.

  Good experience. My heat went out on Sunday. They returned my call quickly.They told me up front what an emergency visit would cost, and it is a fair price. Steve acted as a professional, arrived on schedule, and got my ignitor switch replaced and heat on in a timely manner. Very good experience
