  We love Mike! In our search for houses on the island, I met him and quickly found him to be honest, and so intelligent, plus, he seriously knows his business. Since then we have used him for our old heater for the last five years. He is quick to respond, understanding, and extremely thorough. You can’t go wrong with Mike. Family business and the quality and kindness to go with it.

  I was out of heat and hot water for 3 weeks in Coupville. I had called 12+ heating companies that service Whidbey Island and either didn’t get a call back after leaving my information or got a no show after waiting for hours. I found this number last, unfortunately, because Mike is amazing! He came out the same day (mind you it was Saturday after 5pm when I got off work) and got my boiler that pumps my in floor heat as well as the hot water back up and running! Thank you so much! My family is forever a customer.

  He is quick and efficient. He is very affordable and came over within 2 hours of my call. He had our heat restored quickly and we will sleep warm tonight.
