My first time switching to Scaran. My service was completed by Brandon G. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and most important thorough. He found 3 areas to improve my system and took care of them. Nothing was broken but he put the time in to bring it to an efficient level. I am Very pleased with being a new client for SCARAN.

Needed new furnace after Ida, bought from Costco and they were the contractor that did the work. Would definitely use them again! Work was done as promised, Anthony worked with us to make sure everything went smoothly!

I contacted Scaran to come and evaluate a problem I had with my HVAC system. I just moved in to the property. When the technician arrived he told me he recognized the address and already knew the problem I was having was something they attempted to fix in the past with the previous owner and they would not be able to help me. He spent about 10 minutes explaining to me what they thought was possibly wrong and left. Scaran still sent me a 200 bill for the visit. When I contacted them through phone they informed me that I still had to pay for the visit because they don't make visits for free. I think this is unfair because if they already knew it was a problem they couldn't fix then why not tell me over the phone instead of coming here? The technician clearly said he recognized the address and knew it wasn't a problem they could address.
Response from the owner
We will waive the service fee for this visit. In our defense the last time we were there was 2016 and while the service technician remembered the address upon arrival there was no way for us to know we had been there five years ago for a problem that cannot be fixed due to a poor installation, especially since you are a different owner of the house than we previously serviced. And while it does cost us money to send out a service technician we will waive this fee as a courtesy. Best wishes.
