George arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to me when I spoke, inspected the system, repaired my issue very quickly, left everything neat and clean, and provided me with recommendations. I would highly recommend George and Bob Mims to anyone needing HVAC.

I have been a Bob Mims customer for more than 25 years. I have been very satisfied with the service that they provided. Yesterday I had my heating system maintenance performed. The technician, Vinny Falcone, arrived as scheduled. He was very polite and thorough. Vinny explained in detail everything that he was doing during the maintenance process. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns. I was very pleased with the service that he provided. I would also like to add that every time that I call for service I find that the people who answer the phone are always very pleasant, informative, helpful, and polite.
