  Don’t use this service! We got a brand new system through them in September 2019- have had several issues with it since and several times people coming in and out of my house looking at it trying to fix my brand new system Ac unit to be exact and never actually fixing it. The most recent time their Worker actually DENTED and scratched my NEWLY painted walls and they refused to fix it. All down my walls the man dragged his ladder leaving us with the mess to clean and having to repaint THEIR mistake. So many better more fast efficient and clean companies to get AC units through or any work done.

  So our tech made a few scratches on the bringing his ladder to get to the blower in the attic. Client sends me pictures yesterday. The scratches and dents were absolutely minor repairs. A little spackling, sand and paint would’ve done the trick. We send a guy over today to make repair and he demands to paint the entire wall of the staircase. This client was looking for us to paint his entire staircase for free over minor scratches. The was also was poorly painted from the beginning (which they just had the whole house painted). One call back were due to air balancing... This was not a included in the original proposal to replace the existing unit. We went there and did the air balance for free anyway. Then we had a call back for a faulty drain switch. We replaced it under warranty. Thats when we scratched his walls. Now he’s looking to take advantage of the situation.

  Guaranteed Mechanical came to my home for an emergency boiler replacement on Monday and couldn't have been more professional. Ive had other companies at my home and realize that you pay more for a quality service but their pricing compared to their competitors were by far better. The technician was professional, clean, honest, efficient and knowledgeable. He wanted to help us yet didn't try to take advantage of our inconvenience. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an honest company.

  Guaranteed Mechanical was a nice surprise! I've had a lot of the bigger air conditioning companies visit my home for service and they always seemed to be in such a rush to get out as soon as he job started . They took the time to make sure everything was checked From top to bottom . They were courteous , understanding and went above and beyond compared to what I've experienced. I would recommend Guaranteed Mechanical to anyone who is having air conditioning problems.
