  Went very well! Got someone to come out quickly to diagnose the problem. Josh is super friendly and professional. Explained everything to us in simple terms and showed us where the problem was. Had to go get a part. Was back quickly and got the furnace up and running. The lady I called to get someone scheduled to come out was also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely call them again!

  These servicemen arrived on time and I was notified that they were on their way both by the serviceman and the office. There were two technicians that came. They wore shoe covers to protect the floors but they did not wear masks. Since we were not going to be near each other for more than a minute or two at a time I was not concerned, but I don’t know what your company policy is regarding this issue. They were both friendly and professional and completed the job in a reasonable time.
