WONDERFUL!! We used Logic HVAC/R to install a new A/C unit and put in some additional ductwork into our home. We thought they were absolutely fantastic. They operated very professionally and made sure to ask important questions to get us exactly what we wanted and needed. The work was completed on time they even cleaned up very well. The cost for the installation was very reasonable and thought they had very competitive prices. The best part about working with Logic HVAC/R and their crew was that they really seemed to know exactly what we wanted and how to deliver it to us at a great price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We recently purchased a home, and knew nothing about the furnace, so, we wanted it gone through before winter  came and we actually had to turn it on. The team came and while our furnace is old, everything seemed pretty routine, up until we were watching the furnace when it started to cycle on and off, and would " backfire" when it re-ignited. They quickly did a thorough check of everything, and believed  the issue was the abandoned AC coil left in the unit, most likely dirty and causing issues ( the AC had apparently been disconnected after  a renovation and never reconnected)..long story short, they were correct, and soon had the furnace running well, more efficiently, and without the exciting pyrotechnics. They could have easily charged me for repairs I didn't need, and did not. They seemed very knowledgeable and were very professional. They explained everything they did and why.   I highly recommend.

This review is long overdue, but better late than never and these guys truly deserve to be recognized. We found Logic HVAC this past summer when we were in need of re-installing our old condenser outside after laying a new deck. Jesus was out here the very next day to give us a quote. He didn't look at our nearly 15 year old unit and take an opportunity to make a sale by getting us to just buy a new one. Instead he gave us the honest truth and explained the possibility of them reconnecting it and it not working because it had been sitting outside unhooked for close to 2 years. He said he'd get us pricing on new units just in case but if we were willing to take the risk with the old one he'd have his guys out right away to help us. A couple of days later Cesar showed up on time with a partner and the two of them moved our old heavy unit from the shed to it's new location on the deck, hooked it up and began running diagnostic tests to ensure it was working properly.  During this time they realized that the old R22 refrigerant must have leaked out of the unit at some point during the time it had been unhooked. Again, instead of them stopping there & just recommending we replace the old unit Cesar decided to pressure test the line over night. He returned the next day and was happy to report the pressure held and we didn't have a leak! He said they could just refill the R22 & it should work. Now if anyone is familiar with R22 you'll know that last year it became practically obsolete so this stuff is like liquid gold! We expected to pay an arm & a leg for the refrigerant so we braced ourselves for Jesus's quote. As it turned out it was extremely reasonable...very much in line with the national average and didn't include an obscene mark-up the way most companies have because of its scarcity! Once all was said & done our unit was up and running better than new! Well, that lasted for about a week and then the a/c in the house started blowing out warm air. We called Jesus and his response was, "We will get you guys back on the schedule right away because it's starting to get really hot out." He didn't even know us but he cared enough to recognize how hot it was outside (this was mid July) and he wanted to make sure we were taken care of! As busy as these guys were he had Cesar come back out & diagnose our problem. He found that our capacitor & blower fan had both gone out. He went to pick up the parts right away & had us back up & running within a couple of hours! He even went above & beyond to do a slight modification of our drainage pipe from the a/c so that condensate could flow better from the unit and he didn't charge us for it. He also checked inside the furnace area to make sure everything looked good there, too! He said that our unit looked to be so well taken care of that it could potentially last us for many more years to come. I seriously can not thank these guys enough and have taken every opportunity to recommend them to my neighbors. The level of communication (via text mostly, which I prefer) was superb! Their integrity, honesty, transparency, willingness to quickly get the job done and get it done right, as well as their competitive pricing truly sets these guys a million miles above the rest!!! They say that they take huge pride in their work & care about their customers...well those are not just words. Every action they took showed this and more. I can not recommend them enough and they will be our HVAC guys for life! ~Len

Gerardo and Team were super genuine, responsive, trust worthy and knowledgeable.  We needed 2 new furnaces with AC for our rental duplex.  Met with 3 different providers with similar pricing.  In the end, you have to select an HVAC team you believe will provide the best partnership.  These guys from beginning to end provided superior service.  They must have as I usually don't take time to write reviews.  For us, this was a good fit.

Such a great experience with this company. Jesus was the absolute best to work with.  It’s pretty rare to find this kind of customer service these days and the quality was first class all the way.

Our HVAC system was installed by Logic HVAC/R originally though a larger roof/solar combination and they were extremely professional.  Just recently we had an issue with the AC and Cesar came out that night to take a look and get things working.  I can't recommend Logic enough.  Thank you so much Cesar!

I've got an older unit using R22 they just fixed and not tell me I need a new $5,000 unit.
